5 Project proposal Remote unobtrusive monitoring of post breast-cancer patients A m-health system, integrable with Hospital Information Systems and Digital Clinical Pathways, for the detection of psycho-physiological data (e.g. psychological status, lifestyle, stress levels, breast self examinations, results of periodic medical check-ups) of women after breast-cancer treatment. The system (app + integrable wearables) enable to unobtrusively: monitor adherence and results of the rehabilitation therapy coach patients with personalized feedbacks and motivational approach manage rehabilitation through self-empowerment and clinicians ad hoc interventions SC1-DTH Big data and Artificial Intelligence for monitoring health status and quality of life after the cancer treatment
6 Project proposal Previous project in the area Engineering realized a prototype of a double application for the treatment of female patients with breast cancer: Clinicians receive recommendations through a web app (e.g. about diagnostic tests, treatments and follow-up actions) and manage the patient care plan accordingly The patient can follow the doctor's advices though a mobile app during the follow-up phase and make it easier for the doctor to get an accurate picture of patient s adherence The existing partnership Required partners European Healthcare Providers SMEs specialized in AI and Gamification
