I have been working full-time as the Professional Lead for Psychology for the last fifteen years and the Clinical Director of Services leading on Children and Youth services, Adult services and Older Adult services in a mental health setting. I have held Consultant posts in the field of Neuropsychology in a community NHS Trust and in the older adult speciality. I have been in a variety of senior leadership roles throughout my NHS career and have experience of working within an interdisciplinary setting and at a managerial and strategic level within the organisation. I have considerable experience in carrying out mental health assessments, delivering psychological interventions and providing consultancy to GP leads, commissioners and third sector organisations and collaborative projects with service users and family members. I am an experienced Clinical Supervisor and Assessor for staff including Consultant Medical staff, Clinical Psychologists at all grades and senior management staff.

2 I have a special interest in complex case assessment and management. I have researched in the field of neuropsychological assessment and psychological interventions with carers and family members where a parent or grandparent suffers from an early onset dementia syndrome such as frontotemporal dementia.
