6 Scientific Presentations and Publications 2007 Canadian Cardiovascular Society: FRANCOFORME: FRENCH MINORITY OF ONTARIO AT HIGHER RISK OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE BENEFIT FROM WEEKLY LIFESTYLE INTERVENTION Member of the Expert Comity for the Champlain Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Network (CCPN) establishing guidelines on lipid management. Administrative duties 2008 to present Director of the FrancoForme Program at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. We have been awarded permanent funding of $150,000 yearly through Local Health Integrated Networks (LHIN) of Eastern Ontario as of April These duties include strategic planning, weekly meetings, personnel supervision and evaluation, budget overview, support and training of new and established satellite sites, data analysis, developing French education materials and submitting yearly reports to the LHIN. As well, we have established and maintain close collaboration with all francophone organisations and stakeholders within our region which allows for ease of referral of participants.
