2 Tanya Doan, MDCM Rheumatologist PMG Physician Associates, PC Plymouth, Massachusetts Dr. Doan received her undergraduate degree from Vanier College and her medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Auburn Hospital, Harvard Medical School followed by a fellowship in Rheumatology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. While at Tufts, she had the opportunity to do clinical research graduate program coursework at the Tufts Sackler School of Biomedical Sciences, which allowed her to be involved in clinical research studies of lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. In addition to being board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology, Dr. Doan is certified by the International Society for Clinical Densitometry to interpret bone density studies. She has a special interest in osteoporosis. Dr. Doan was a recipient of the Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award of the NIH.

Kalb, MD Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery The Medical College of Ohio; Clinical Instructor, Residency Teaching Program Mercy Hospital; Clinical Instructor and Adjunct Professor, University of Toledo; Clinical Affiliate, The Cleveland Clinic; Private Practice of Orthopedic Surgery Bone Joint and Spine Surgeons Toledo, Ohio Dr. Kalb received his undergraduate degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio and his medical degree from Ohio State University. He completed a residency in family practice at The Toledo Hospital and a residency in orthopaedic surgery at Medical College of Ohio. Dr. Kalb is board certified in family practice and orthopaedic surgery and has served as an instructor at the Certificate for Added Qualification in Sports Medicine Preparation Course. His special interest is teaching office orthopaedics for primary care physicians. He has developed a lecture workshop program on evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal problems including joint injection and aspiration. Dr. Kalb is widely published and has given numerous presentations to professional and civic groups, as well as serving as an editorial board reviewer for the American Family Physician Journal. He has lectured nationally and internationally and served as an orthopedic surgeon on service missions to Pakistan, Africa and South America.

4 Jennifer Krejci-Manwaring, MD, FAAD Assistant Professor UT Health Science Center, San Antonio Staff Dermatologist, Director of Teledermatology and Laser Services Audie Murphy Veteran s Hospital San Antonio, Texas Dr. Krejci-Manwaring received her undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio and her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. An internship in Internal Medicine was completed at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston followed by a research fellowship in Dermatology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem and a Dermatology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City. Dr. Krejci-Manwaring has been the recipient of several awards including the Doctoral Achievement Award from West San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and Top Docs of San Antonio in November Scene in SA. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Texas Dermatology Society/San Antonio Dermatology Society and the Women s Dermatologic Society. Dr. Krejci-Manwaring has also been involved with numerous publications and presentations, as well as being very involved in the medical student curriculum for Dermatology. She enjoys teaching and mentoring students.
