8 11/13/ CLINICAL ACTIVITIES Outpatient care provided at the Iroquois Medical Center from 1998 to 2005 when clinic was moved to Central Station Clinic. Patient care provided at Central Station Clinic from 2005 to present. Patient populations at both places constitute a mix of all ages from infancy to adult to geriatric patients. From 1998 to 2001 patient care also provided at the Ambulatory Care Building Clinic with the same mix of patient population. From 1998 to present precepting of residents occurred at the Iroquois Medical Center, Newburg Clinic, and Ambulatory Care Building Clinic. From 2001 to present patient care and precepting of residents also occurred at the Teenage Parent Program Clinics (TAPP) at the South Park and Westport TAPP schools. The patient population included prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric patients (from infancy to eighteen years of age). Clinic time ranged between 60% and 40% during the above times Outpatient care: Medical Director Iroquois Medical Center Geriatric present Inpatient care: From 1998 to present inpatient care has been preformed for seven to eight weeks a year. The service is preformed as an attending physician along with residents at Kosair- Children s, Norton, Jewish, Frazier, and University hospitals.
