Annual Connections Luncheon Honorees The Connections Award The Alliance Healthcare Foundation For more than five years, the Alliance Healthcare Foundation has been at the forefront of our movement to power through a collaborative Community Information Exchange. Through funding and the leadership and forward thinking spirit of their board and executive team, Alliance Healthcare Foundation has supported s mission to serve as a nexus to bring the community (organizations) together to help people efficiently access appropriate services, and provide vital data and trend information for proactive community planning. This work also supports Alliance s mission to advance health and wellness for the most vulnerable the poor, uninsured and underinsured, children and the homeless in San Diego & Imperial Counties. The Henry Haimsohn Volunteer of the Year Award Emily Einhorn, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors Each year, recognizes a volunteer who has gone above and beyond for our organization and for their out of the box contributions to This year we honor Emily Einhorn one of our unsung heroes of the Board of Directors. For over ten years, Emily has contributed her time, help, guidance and leadership to our Board of Directors, executive teams and staff to support our mission and services to our community. Today, as our Vice Chair of the Board, Emily has contributed countless hours to 2-1-1, helped lead our Connections Center capital campaign and real estate search, recruit funders and supporters and lend her expertise in community organizing to bring more awareness of to those who need it most.
