5 Why should my practice try the Assessment? Measure your practice against rigorous standards Obtain a roadmap for operating at your highest level If you succeed, you will obtain a 2-year recognition as an Anticoagulation Center of Excellence Is it hard to pass the assessment? Most practices try more than once to pass The current pass rate is about 20% If you don t pass, you will receive a custom list of resources matching your assessment
