4 department. Two ward rounds per week reviewing in patients with our assistant lecturers and staff members. Outpatient clinic of Rheumatology and Rehabilitation (dealing with about 250 patients per week). Performing and assisting in intra-articular aspiration and injection Taking clinical services consisting of 120 day in-house overnight Shifts and 30 day in-house weekend 24 hour shifts per year. Attendance of twice weekly scientific meeting prepared by our staff members. Sharing in presentation of cases and different topics weekly. Helping in the research programs held at our department with colleagues and professors. During assistant lecturer period, the duties of this post were supervised by Lecturers and Professors of the Unit and included: Teaching under graduate medical students of 6th year of Assiut University clinical rounds and clinical skills. Teaching graduate students along the house officer training program at our department with supervising their work. Helping in the achievement of goals of the residency program of training along the 3 years of residency with Supervising their duties. Helping in the research programs held at our department

Performing and assisting in intra-articular aspiration and therabutic injection. Synovial fluid examination by polarized light microscopy at Polarized Light Microscopy Unit of our department. Chemical denervation using botulinum toxin and phenol in children with Cerebral Palsy. Chemical denervation using botulinum toxin and phenol in adult patients with stroke. Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (twice a week) at ultrasonography unit of our department. Electrodiagnosis of various neurological disorders (electromyography and nerve conduction velocity study).

6 Clinical Experiences: Evaluation and treatment of paediatric rheumatological diseases in Paediatric Rheumatology Unit, at Rheumatology & Rehabilitation department, Assuit University Hospital. Clinical activities include chemical denervation using botulinum toxin and phenol in children with Cerebral Palsy and in adult patients with stroke. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment of rheumatologic emergency. Diagnosis and management of different rheumatologic diseases. Musculoskeletal ultrasonography. Perform diagnostic aspiration and synovial fluid examination by polarized light microscopy at Polarized Light Microscopy Unit of our department. Perform therapeutic injections of diaarthroidal joints, bursae, tenosynovial structures and enthesis. Electrodiagnosis (electromyography and nerve conduction study). Rehabilitation of Peripheral nerve injury in UL &LL, Post traumatic stiffness in UL, LL, Cervical & lumbar spondylodegenrative changes, Musculoskeletal disorders, Spinal cord injury, Stroke, Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, Adult and

7 Juvenile patients with rheumatic diseases, Sport trauma, Muscle and Motor neuron diseases, Cerebral palsy, Burns and Geriatric rehabilitation. Examine patients to include a specific examination of structure and function of all joints both axial and peripheral as well as periarticular structures and muscle units. Interpret bone and joint imaging techniques and bone density measurement.. Personal skills: Able to collaborate with the colleagues. Have a sense of team-work. Good, honest, frank, improve and present the information by myself. Able to communicate with people from different cultures. Able to communicate and deal with geriatric patients Able to communicate and deal with paediatric patients. Language skills: passed IELTS with overall score of 7.5 Able to work with Stats programs
