7 Current Research Agenda My intellectual interests are focused on the ethical concerns of administrators and the impact of the multiple environments on the decision choices of administrators. I have mentored and edited for several minority Ph.D. candidates in situations where their Ivy League school provided no guidance or encouragement. I also assisted a former graduate prepare a complex application for medical school admission. The good news is that she was accepted and began this summer.
