19 Questions } Pre- and post-learning sleep are both increasing memory consolidation. Is one more efficient than the other one? Or do they have the same effect? } It's a well known information that starting with school at 8 is not the best for children, why is there no change, how could it be changed? Disadvantages? Could the fact that sleep is seen as something very private and non-school related be the reason behind this? } How concretely to speedup translation from laboratory findings to classroom? } To improve learning by consolidating memories, while we nap, do we need to be asleep? Or it s just a matter of be quiet and relaxed? } Is napping during daytime as effective as nocturnal sleep for other functions like the immune system for example, even though it is inconsistentwith our circadian rhythm? } What is your own opinion about naps?
