1 4206 The Edgewood City School District Board of Education met for a Regular Board Meeting on Monday, at 6:00 PM. at the Edgewood High School Heritage Room. The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Ashcraft at 6:00 PM. Roll Call: Present: Mr. Tom York, Mr. Jim Wirtley, Mrs. Beth Benjamin, Mr. Gary Gabbard and Mrs. Amy Ashcraft Pledge of Allegiance Pastor Pastor Tim Smith of the First Baptist Church opened the meeting with a prayer. Presentation: None Treasurer Consent Item Motion made by Mr. York and seconded by Mr. Wirtley to approve the following Minutes Special Board Meeting, September 24, 2016 Minutes September 26, 2016 FY2017 General Fund Analysis & Treasurer s Financial Reports Ayes: Mr. York, Mr. Wirtley, Mrs. Benjamin, Mr. Gabbard and Mrs. Ashcraft Year Forecast and Assumptions for FY17 through FY21 Motion made by Mrs. Benjamin and seconded by Mr. Gabbard to approve the 5 Year Forecast and Assumptions for FY17 through FY21 as presented. Ayes: Mrs. Benjamin, Mr. Gabbard, Mr. York, Mr. Wirtley, and Mrs. Ashcraft Advertise to Replace Classroom HVAC control Units at Edgewood Elementary School Motion made by Mr. Wirtley and seconded by Mr. Gabbard to approve authorizing the Treasurer to advertise for bids to replace classroom HVAC Control Units at Edgewood Elementary School. Mr. Gabbard Encourage to get out and vote. Support football team. Mrs. Ashcraft FFA National Convention. Ryan Watson won American Degree. Ohio is #2 in the country awarding these degrees. Support all extra-curricular nonsport programs. Mr. Miller Thanks for attending the All County Board Meeting. Attended Manufacturing Day with the 8 th grade. Very well behaved and very informative.
