Design of a two-arm clinical trial protocol to compare the effectiveness of text messaging and phone counseling to support quit attempts. 5 RELATED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE The Reference Center on Research, Intervention and Evaluation on Alcohol and Other Drugs (CREPEIA), Consultant Collaboration on a project to characterize the implementation of Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) to reduce the harmful substance use in the Americas.
