3 ***IMPORTANT FIRST TIME USE*** The PowerBox is turned off before shipping for safety reasons. To turn the PowerBox on, click the round button 5 times continuously within 2 seconds and the PowerBox light will flash several times indicating you have successfully turned it on. 5 1 ST TIME CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS: The PowerBox battery comes partially charged from the manufacturer, but it is recommended to charge it to full capacity for first time use. 1. Insert the Micro USB Charger into the receiver located on the bottom of the PowerBox. 2. Charge battery for at least 4 hours attached to wall adapter or connection to a computer. 3. The battery level indicator on the OLED screen will keep flashing during charging. 4. 6 emod SubTank The Signature Series emod SubTank is an innovation in vaping. This feature packed device comes fully equipped with adjustable airflow control, a sturdy stainless steel & pyrex tank and uses 510 threading for maximum compatibility. It also features a quad intake design for improved airflow and is powered by a 0.5 ohm Organic Cotton Coil (OCC) that efficiently wicks e-liquid and maximizes flavour in every draw. 7 E-LIQUID FILLING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Unscrew the base hardware from the upper hardware. 2. When you screw off the bottom hardware, the atomizer should be screwed from the upper hardware at the same time, in case the atomizer is still kept onto the air-tube shaft in center, please screw the atomizer off and screw back onto the bottom hardware in order to avoid disconnecting. 3. Drip 3-5 drops e-liquid into top center of atomizer/ OCC head. 4. Fill the e-liquid into the space between glass tank and center metal tube. DO NOT overfill or let liquid into the center shaft. 5. Carefully screw on the base connector, with atomizer/ OCC installed, back onto the upper hardware. 6. Let the SubTank stand at least 2 minutes before first use this will let e-liquid absorb into the OCC wick/atomizer chamber. 7. Carefully screw the base connector into the base of the PowerBox. CAUTION : Do not fully inhale the first puff of vapour from your device. If you experience a burning taste the first couple of puffs, it s because the e-liquid has not absorbed into the wick. Discontinue use immediately and allow the e-liquid additional time to be absorbed and try again. WARNING: This is an advanced user item. The atomizer is 0.5 ohm. It requires 20 amp limit or higher drain, lithium ion batteries to operate the device correctly.

SWITCH THE VV/VW MODE: Press the circular button by clicking three times to switch the VV/VW mode when the battery is turned on. In VV mode, you can adjust output voltage between 2.5V-8.5V. In VW mode, you can adjust output wattage between 5W-30W.

9 ADJUST THE VOLTAGE/WATTAGE: Press the up-and-down arrow buttons to increase or decrease the voltage/wattage. Keep pressing the up/ down arrow button, voltage/wattage will increase or decrease slowly at first, then they will increase/decrease at a constant high speed. The number will stop increasing/ decreasing when you release the up/down arrow button. ACTIVATING THE VAPORIZER: Once the PowerBox is turned on, to activate the vaporizer press and hold the circular button. Release the circular button to stop vaporizer. ADJUSTING THE SUBTANK AIRFLOW: The Signature Series SubTank features customized airflow control. Simply rotate the airflow control valve to the desired airflow. Customize to your own personal preferences. TO CHANGE THE COIL: Unscrew the device from the PowerBox. With mouthpiece downwards unscrew and remove base which houses the coil. Set aside the tank part ensuring that it is held safely with mouthpiece downwards so that you do not lose any e-liquid that is in the tank. Unscrew the used coil from the base and replace with a new coil. Tighten into place. Finger tight is sufficient. Reassemble. Wipe down any spills. Wash and dry hands carefully.

10 Safety Features Overheat Protection: If you keep pressing the button for over 10 seconds, the power output will automatically shut off. Atomizer Short-circuit Protection: When atomizer short-circuit occurs, the OLED screen will reflect Atomizer Short. Low power Alert: If the power of battery is lower than 10%, the power symbol on the screen will flash. High-safety capacity and stable lithium battery.

11 Product Handling & Cleaning Tips When necessary, clean the components (except the OCC head) by washing with clean water, and air-drying the components. TIP 1 Cleaning your PowerBox before charging will prevent e-liquid residue from being transferred to the charging lead and ensure proper contact is made during charging. When refilling you may wish to wipe and clean the threads both inside of the SubTank when the base has been removed and of the base to keep the threads clean and clear of e-liquid residue. This is best performed during every refill. TIP 2 The entire SubTank can be dismantled, cleaned or maintained and reassembled. Please make sure when ordering replacement parts that you choose the correct coils for your particular device. We recommend you ask your retailer or visit to find the correct coil for your device.

12 Precautions The pyrex glass tank should not be impacted, dropped, or mishandled, otherwise the glass tube may be broken and injury may occur. When disassembling, please remove the bottom hardware first, and then screw off the glass tank. Do not fill the SubTank over 3ml; when the e-liquid level is below 0.5ml, it should be refilled to avoid a dry wick. If the bottom hardware is hard to screw off, please ensure the upper hardware with the glass tank is tightly secured and then bottom hardware will easily screw off. Do not attempt to repair the unit by yourself as damage or personal injury may occur. Do not leave the PowerBox or SubTank in high temperatures or damp conditions, otherwise they may be damaged. The appropriate operation temperature is within 0 C to 45 C. If it is damaged in this manner, Essence Vapeware will not take any responsibility and your warranty will be null and void.
