Use this allowance to purchase a variety of over-the-counter (OTC) items that you probably use every day. These include first aid supplies, cold/cough medications, eye drops, toothpaste, pain relievers, vitamins and personal care items. Sunshine Health helps every member stay as healthy as possible. You cannot use future allowance amounts when placing your order. But if the amount of your order exceeds your monthly benefit amount limit, you can use your credit card to pay for the remaining amount due. Products in this catalog should be ordered only for the enrolled member. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of in-stock items. You will be notified if an item is out of stock and may take longer for delivery. If you receive a damaged item, call , Monday Friday from 9am to 5pm. The item will be exchanged for an identical item at no cost to you. Damaged products must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. No other returns are allowed. In order to purchase certain vitamin and mineral supplements, your physician must recommend it to you for a specific diagnosed condition. These are known as Dual Purpose items.
