21 Smoking-Related Initiatives Increase awareness of the risks associated with tobacco use and the PA Free Quit line and other cessation services by developing awareness campaign and marketing to high smoker areas Increase number of smoke-free and tobacco-free parks and playgrounds, particularly in vulnerable communities Decrease initiation rate of smoking through education programs in schools Increase access to nicotine replacement therapy products among retailers and health plans Develop a strategy and campaign to get a local tobacco tax Increase the number of smoke-free public housing units Develop a campaign to support comprehensive clean indoor air legislation
