1 DRAFT February 26, 2018 CHSA Topic Areas Results from the 2018 Community Health Status Assessment have been summarized into a scorecard on page 2. A more detailed technical report for the entire CHSA process is forthcoming. In each section below, you will see a brief description of what is provided for disparities, progress, benchmarks, and indicators. subgroups with identified disparities for that topic are listed.
