In, during January and February, one person died every day in Cuyahoga County from a heroin or fentanyl overdose. January was a record for fentanyl deaths, broken again in February. Since March 9,, two people have died every day in Cuyahoga County from a heroin or fentanyl overdose. March set a new record for fentanyl deaths. At least victims died already in.
