Ingestion: Harmful if swallowed. Ingestion may cause headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal irritation. Inhalation: Harmful if inhaled. Symptoms include respiratory tract irritation, coughing, dizziness, dullness and headache. High concentrations can produce central nervous system depression, narcosis and unconsciousness. Chronic Effects of Overexposure: Chromic exposure to hydroxylamine hydrochloride may damage the blood, liver, kidneys, spleen, heart, stomach, lungs. Chronic exposure to ethyl alcohol may damage the liver, kidneys, eyes, lungs, CNS, brain and spleen.
