1 Atlantic City Police Department Special Investigation Section Media Release For Immediate Release: November 04, 2013 The Atlantic City Police Department Special Investigations Section (Vice and Intelligence Unit) and TAC Team, along with members of the Atlantic City Task Force and Atlantic County Prosecutors Office Guns, Gangs and Narcotics Unit conducted several surveillance/undercover operations in the area surrounding the Phish Concert (Boardwalk Hall) from Thursday October 31 th through Saturday November 2 nd. As a result of these operations the following drugs were recovered: Hashish MDMA (Ecstasy) Psilocybin Mushrooms Marijuana Marijuana cookies Marijuana Brownies LSD paper blotters LSD sugar cubes Prescription pills Bath Salts 51 Nitrous Oxide Tanks $11, was seized believed to be the proceeds of illegal CDS distribution. This operation resulted in the arrest 42 individuals. Note: These charges are merely an accusation and not proof of guilt. In all criminal cases a charged defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. Also the record of arrest is not updated to include dispositions which are available from the court. All names of persons arrested are based on information provided at the time of arrest and may or may not have been verified prior to publication.
