4 Introduction LabOne s Electronic Result Reporting system transmits laboratory results directly from LabOne s mainframe system to your system in a structured raw data format, rather than in a text report format. The data is sent as a file containing multiple records for each patient and account, and when applicable, for multiple accounts. The flexible record format of this system allows testing information to be modified rapidly with very few changes for you and LabOne. LabOne, Inc 1

11 Substance Abuse Panel Listing NOTE: Duplication exists because of different levels of Screen testing. Refer to Result ID Listing and Class Interpretation Listing to compile a list of possible results for each panel. If the drug listed is in a class (Amphetamine, Opiate ), it is possible for one Qualitative and one Quantitative result to exist for each metabolite in the class. See the Class Interpretation Listing for a complete listing of class drugs. If the drug is not in a class, it is possible for each drug listed on the panel to include one Qualitative and one Quantitative result for that drug only. ** Standard LabOne Panel PANEL DESC Default Panel?
