3 Celebrating Amazing Success DAVID HAS added years to HIS life after losing 61 kilos At 140 kilos I was grossly overweight and lived on junk food. I couldn t bend over, was constantly perspiring and struggling to do my job in construction. I was told I was at risk of developing diabetes and other health problems and I felt terrible. I started Lite n Easy and began to lose weight straight away. Over the next 2 years I 61 kilos! It took about 18 months to get down to 90 kilos and then another 6 months to reach my ultimate goal under 80 kilos. No one can believe how I look and some people don t even recognise me anymore! I ve reduced my health risks and now I can run and do all sorts of things I missed doing in my 20s. I m even getting back in to surfing again. Beautiful bride Bree loses 35 kilos!
