A birthday tea party for six children aged 5 years. An evening meal for a teenager who has played a hockey match. A breakfast for a teenage girl. A main evening meal for an adult who has a physically active job. A main meal for a single adult with limited cooking facilities (a hob and grill). A lunch for a family of two adults and two school-aged children who have a limited income. A main meal for two elderly adults. (5 marks each)

He travels to work on the bus and likes to socialise with friends after work and go to local fast food restaurants for a meal with them 3 4 times a week. On other days after work, Joe goes home, eats a ready meal, drinks several sweetened fizzy drinks and watches TV for several hours in the evening. Joe eats very little fresh fruit or vegetables. He often eats potato crisps or chocolate bars in between meals. a) If Joe continues to follow this lifestyle for several years, consider what might be the consequences for his long-term health.
