1 Healing Lyme disease Protocol Experience has shown that anyone not desiring to follow this therapy strictly will not succeed in overcoming Lyme s disease. You cannot feed the spirochetes while trying to kill them; it simply won t work. If you follow all the steps closely, the major symptoms should be gone within 30 days. It takes about 180 days to purify the blood and up to a year for those that are highly infected. Duration of treatment: 6 12 Months Week 1+2 Tea Start with drinking 6 cups of herbal Dis-Ease Tea per day. Drinking this tea you will continue for the rest of the 6 to 12 months. Drink one cup every 3 hours, beginning at 6:00 in the morning. This is a very important step, because it will strengthen your immune system and will start to kill of the spirochetes. Start the teas 2 weeks before doing the 14 days of raw foods. Otherwise the detoxification process may be too great. During these first 2 weeks, don t change anything drastic in your diet yet. Also very important, is that you take charcoal daily. This will absorb the dead spirochetes and then will be eliminated out of your body. Charcoal intake: (see Active Charcoal) Tea preparation: (see Tea) Week 3+4 Starve the spirochetes 14 days of raw fruit and vegetable diet. It is very important that you make no exceptions! Vegetables: Eat freely of these raw All vegetables: Make a large salad each day using lettuce one day, spinach another day, and cabbage another day along with a variety of other vegetables. Top your salad with freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly pressed garlic, onions, sea salt, basil, oregano and thyme or use other herbs. Very important vegetables are: beets, carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, raw garlic, ginger and other green leafy vegetables. Vegetable juices: Drink daily freshly pressed vegetable juices with you meal: Mainly out of beets, carrots, celery, tomatoes, ginger, raw Garlic Don t drink any fruit juices, even freshly pressed ones are not recommended. The sugar content is too concentrated. Herbs: Use fresh and dried herbs daily. Especially raw garlic, basil, oregano and thyme Fruits: Eat freely of these raw All red, blue, and purple fruits are great. All berries like: Red raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, red and black currents, cherries, goji berries, etc. Cherries, Acerola cherry, plums, prunes, pears, apricots, pineapple, papaya and apples are at the top of the list. Dried fruits such as figs, dates, apricots, raisins, prunes, etc., should be reconstituted. Make sure you only eat dried fruits which have no added sugar in them. Place washed fruit in a closed 16oz. jar of water with the fresh juice of 1 lemon. Keep at room temperature for 8-12 hours. Then it keeps refrigerate for up to 4 days. Advice: Try to eat fruit and vegetables at separate meals! It will cost your body less strength to digest them. +41 (0) info@bergpension.ch Page 1

3 Teas: Tea preparation per day: Put 6 rounded teaspoons of the Immune Building tea into 6 cups (1,5 Liters) of water (one teaspoon per cup). Bring water to a boil and turn it off. Then let it sit (steep) for minutes, then strain. This will extract the minerals from the soft parts of the plants as well as the hard. Dis-Ease-Tea Formula: 6oz. Burdock Rt. c/s (cut and sifted herbs, not powder) 3.2oz. Black walnut leaf c/s 2.0oz. Fenugreek Seed whole 1.6oz. Artemesia Annua c/s 1.6oz. Yellowdock Rt. c/s 1.6oz. Irish Moss (kelp) c/s 1.2oz. Mix all together You can mix the teas yourself or order them all prepared from: Remo & Jenny Fischer Sonnmatt, Mountain Guesthouse & Health Center info@bergpension.ch Homepage: Or Mike Burnell service@healingherbs.biz Homepage: Active Charcoal: Activated charcoal should be taken, to adsorb toxins and the die off from the parasites and bacteria starting, from the first day of drinking the Dis-Ease-Tea. It should not be taken with the meals but in between meals. If not taken, you will experience much pain and sickness from the die off of the parasites and bacteria. Charcoal intake: Weeks x daily Weeks x daily Weeks x every 2 nd days Weeks 15 End of Therapy 1-2 x per week Mix 1 teaspoon of clay or charcoal in a glass of warm water. Stir and drink. After drinking this, follow with another glass of water to help prevent constipation. Important: If you reduce the intake of Active Charcoal and you experience more Symptoms, like for +41 (0) info@bergpension.ch Page 3
4 example: Breathing- and Heart problems, Headaches and strong tiredness, then you should increase your intake of Active Charcoal again. Further important steps All these important steps you should start from the 3 rd week onward. Follow them closely for best results. Hydrotherapy Treatments: Fever Therapy What is Fever Therapy? Fever Therapy is elevation of the body temperature, by giving the patient a prolonged hot bath. One deliberately raises the patient's body temperature to cause fever. This treatment is used to treat disease. Material needed: - A bathtub - Hot water (to fill the bathtub) - A helper (you should not do it by yourself) - Bucket with ice water or a bag of ice - Hand towels for the ice water (for cooling the head and neck) - Thermometer - A big dry Towel or a bathrobe - Warm water to drink during the treatment - Music to listen to (this will help time to go by more quickly) Do not do this treatment alone, you need a helper. This treatment should be done every other day or as tolerated. This therapy should not be done longer than 60 days. On the days where one doesn t do fever therapies one should take contrast showers 1-2 x per day. Fill the bathtub with hot water (about 100 degrees). Then have the patient get into the bathtub and raise the bathwater up to 113 degrees. The body temperature should then start going up till about 103 degrees and not higher than 104 degrees. This high body temperature should be maintained as long as tolerated, or not longer than 2 hours. Always keep the head cool with either a ice bag or regularly changing cold towels to the head and neck. By not adding anymore hot water, let the patient cool down for at least one hour, staying in the water in the bathtub. Before the patient gets out of the bathtub he should for seconds shower off with cold water. Then the patent should go rest in bed for at least one hour. Don t forget to drink lots of water. The helper should not leave the room during the treatment. It could be that during this treatment you experience pain and cramps in your extremities. How to relief pain and cramps: Your helper then should give you a foot-, leg-, hand- or arm massage. This will strongly lessen the pain and the cramps. Put ½ a cup of Epson salt into the bathwater plus ½ cup of active charcoal. this will help the detoxification process Don t put the charcoal directly into the bathwater. This would cause a big mess. Mix active Charcoal with warm water in a big jar. If the jar has a lid, close it and shake it well. Then add it to the bathwater. If someone does not tolerate the fever therapies at all, they should be discontinued. Instead of it one should then do contrast showers 1-2 x daily. Perhaps at a later time one can try the fever therapy again. +41 (0) info@bergpension.ch Page 4
5 Contrast Shower Contrast shower 1-2 x daily (mornings & evenings). These should take place on the days where there is no fever therapy 3 Minutes as hot as possible, then at least 30 seconds as cold as possible. Repeat this procedure 3-5 times and end with cold. Then go rest in bed for at least 30 Minutes. Water: 3 x daily 20 Minutes before the meals drink 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon water (½ lemon in 1 cup of water) Drink enough water daily in between the meals. o 2-3 Liters of water daily (including the tea) Chlorella Tablets Take daily 6-8 tablets with the meal (2-3 tablets per meal). Essential-Oil Mixture: Ingredients: 4,5 dl Coconut Oil, cold pressed 1/4 teaspoon Eucalyptus Oil 1/4 teaspoon Peppermint Oil 1/4 teaspoon Thyme Oil 1/4 teaspoon Clove Oil Mix all ingredients together and keep it in the refrigerator. Use one teaspoon of this mixture in a spoonful of good quality honey, right before meals 2 times a day. Important: Only in this case is it ok to eat honey. The honey together with these essential oils will help to kill off the spirochetes. The honey works like a bate. Massage: Daily 30 Minutes massage for 2-4 weeks massage to the extremities (arms and legs) Exercise: 1-3 x daily ½ -1 h walks in the fresh air. If you have difficulty moving your arms and keeping them straight, have someone help you. Have them straighten your arms and move them for you while you walk, moving your left arm together with your right foot and your right arm together with your left foot. And have someone help you to keep from falling forward. Rest: Get enough rest: 7-9 hours of sleep per night (try to go to bed around 9pm, so you get the best quality of rest as possible.) Sleep with an open window. Fresh air is very important, but with no draft. Have the window also open in the winter, even if it s just a small amount of air coming in the room. And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: For I am the LORD that healeth thee.
