2 Section B: Conducting Our Business 1. Method of Establishment: After conducting survey for requirement of organic biscuits made of healthy and nutritious ingredients and rich dry fruit, efforts were made to get such cookies made of organic ingredients which are healthy nutritious and does not contain any added flavors and preservatives. 2. Method of Conduct: School and senior teachers helped in finding suitable manufacturing who accepted our proposal to teach us bakery skills and to manufacture cookies as per our requirements on contractual basis. Efforts were made to determine flavors of cookies made of organic ingredients. (Launching of Organico by Chair Person) (On 31 th July 2017) (Sales Counter at DPS Jaipur) (On Regular Basis) (Camp at Apartment) (Camp at DPS V.D.N.) (On 8 th September 2017) (On 14 th October 2017) 2

Distribution of profits: As per criteria of our DPS enterprise club we are sharing-: Use Of Profits 25% Charity 50% 25% Retained Earnings Participating Students Social welfare done at Shiksha Kendra, NGO providing free education and meals to underprivileged students. 3
4 Section D: Our Achievements, Challenges and Solution 3. Converting Problems Into Opportunities: a. Challenge #1: Finding suitable manufacturer who is willing to provide us cookies as per our requirements and ingredients: Solution: It was biggest challenge to find manufacturer within short span of time which school authority and senior teachers helped in getting such manufacturing unit. We contracted to a bakery chef who agreed to train and teach us the working of a bakery and manufacture cookies according to our specific requirements for excellent quality and taste. MIXTURE OF COOKIES Training at Bakery with our Chef. b. Challenge #2: Packing decisions: Solution: Efforts put in to get suitable boxes for packing of cookies which is safe, hygienic and cost effective, We Find out the most effective packing boxes for cookies and biscuits. (Our Packing Boxes) c. Challenge #3: Issuing Authority and Responsibility : Solution: We set up a complete internal control by dividing work among five departments under Purchase, Sales, Marketing, Administration and Finance Departments. Teams were allotted to each departments along with suitable work of departments and teacher in-charge for each department. Continuous monitoring and follow up helped in conducting smooth operation and achieving targets of enterprise. (Sales Department) (Marketing Department) (Purchase Department) 4

6 Section E: Sustainability & Business Development 4.Contribution to the society: We did through market research regarding demand and need of healthy cookies and biscuits and succeeded in procuring standardize hand backed cookies of good quality which is liked by our customers and they will be our customers for long time as of biscuits and cookies is ever-demanding product. We focused on providing cookies to health conscious people suffering from diabetes and blood pressure. We provided cookies with high quality and health ingredient such as (Flax Seeds, Melon-Seeds, Ragi- Flour, Dry-Fig, Raisins, Oats and lot more) which are really helpful in controlling our health issues and we got great feedback from our current customers and word of mouth is high about our cookies target market. (Feed-back Form #1) (Survey Of Our Products) (Feed-back Form #2) Health benefits of our products based on facts collected during products research for its sustainability-: #1 Dry Fig Cookies-: It contain high fiber, very low fat and very rich in anti-oxidants, it prevents heart diseases and cancer, good for diabetics, rich in vitamin- A,B1,B2,Pottasium and magnesium, it boast immunity and digestion. #2 Oats Flax Seeds-: High fiber content and flax seeds contains Omega3 and vitamin-b, very low fat and good for diabetic patients, controls blood pressure, boost the life of heart and body, regulate and control the sugar level in the blood. 6
7 #3 Ragi Oats Almonds cookies-: Ragi is whole grain that is gluten free, rich in fiber, contain calcium, carbs and amino acids. Ragi is a super grain mixed with oats and almonds to serve complete package of health and nutrition. #4 Mellon Seeds and Raisin Cookies-: It contain unsaturated fat and fibers, rich in lysine which can do wonders for diabetics, good for digestion, provide vitamin-c and vitamin-a, improve eye-sight and bone health, it is a rich source of energy like magnesium which is vital for healthy heart, rich in iron and folate Our school business has the potential to carry on running sustainably next year and have a positive impact on the local environment and our community: Future Prospects: 1. We will continue to work on natural flavors and ingredients that our good for health. 2. As per response and sales achieved this year we are setting high target for selling cookies among native markets to expand our business. 3. Agenda is to increase market base for healthy hand baked cookies which give value for money to customers and commitment of high quality and taste that improve health and energy of regular consumers of our cookies. 11 Financial Planning: We have started an enterprise club in school having 50 members contributing membership fee 500 INR each to raise INR as the startup capital. Club membership worked in the project Organico Cookies and out of the earnings of the business enterprise, 50% will be shared among club member, 25% will be given for charity by enterprise as per the laws of the club and 25% will be retained for growth and expansion. Additional comments about our finances: As per policy of DPS enterprise club the 50% of total profits 61,352*50/100= 30,676 will be distributed among team members and 25% will be given for charity and rest 25% will be retained for future.
