The next 7 days will make reaching your fitness goals and living healthy easier and have you looking and feeling amazing. 2 The Set Challenges: In this guide you will receive your list of challenges for the week ahead. Each day you will have one nutrition challenge and one workout/exercise challenge to complete. The nutrition challenges are aimed at helping you reduce your sugar and bad carb cravings. The Exercise challenges are designed for you to achieve some form of exercise every day. To Change Your Body Your MUST Change Your Actions Basically put, you cannot keep doing the same actions and habits with expecting a different result. Your 7 Day challenges will be about forming NEW habits that will help you achieve a lean and toned body as well as reducing your overall bodyfat %. How To Set Your 7 Day Fat Loss Formula Goal It s important to set a goal to encourage and motivate yourself to stick with the challenge for the full 7 days. The stronger your goal and the more important that goal is to you, the greater chance you will have of achieving success. Record your Current Weight: (First thing in the morning) 1) Set yourself a goal What is it you want to achieve in the next 7 days? 2) Why do you want to achieve this goal why is it important to you? 3) How can you reward yourself at the end of the 7 days when you achieve your goal? 7 Day Fat Loss Formula 2013 Page 2

3 You Can Either Print these questions off and fill in the lines or just get out the old trusty pen and paper and get writing. How to Eat on The 7 Day Fat Loss Formula Here s the TRUTH: As the saying goes you are what you eat. This is true in the facts that without proper followed nutrition throughout your weight loss journey you won t see the results you were aiming for. I ve outlined some easy to follow guidelines below that you need to do over the next 7 days for Best Results % of your food should be fresh this means staying clear of packaged foods that are full of bad fats and sugars. 2. Include a portion of lean protein into each of your 3 main meals (Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Tofu, Eggs, cottage cheese, natural yoghurt) This will help stabilise your blood sugar levels and keep you feeling full and protein is great for this. 3. Good fats are essential for losing fat off your body so things like nuts (5-6 almonds) are a great quick snack. Avocado is also a good fat for salads. 4. Consume 2-4 cups of vegetables per day broccoli, asparagus, sweet potato, salads, kale, spinach, cucumbers and 2 serves of fruit per day which is like natures sweets for us. Stick to raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or an apple is good. What this will do is flush out all the bad toxins and waste trapped in the body and remove your belly bloat. 5. As you may know your body is 70% water - Drink water throughout each day to stay hydrated and energised. Herbal teas are also good if you like something hot to drink. 6. What type of Carbs should you eat? Well there are 2 different types. They are measured on a GI index which sees how quick the carbs process the glucose into the body. Choose complex carbs as they only produce small amounts of insulin glucose over a longer period of time. So instead of bad carbs like white bread, potatoes and pasta. Choose things like sweet potato, brown rice or a slice of whole-wheat toast. (Palm sized servings) Eating healthy and clean is simple and if you every not to sure just use my one ingredient rule and ask yourself this... How many ingredients are in this? A piece of salmon has only one, as its whole and natural. 7 Day Fat Loss Formula 2013 Page 3

4 Compared to a packaged lasagne which has crazy amounts of ingredients and garbage in them which leads to weight gain. Don t Forget: Artificially sweetened "sugar free" foods and drinks make you fat Did you know that most foods labelled as "sugar free" actually contain fattening artificial sweeteners, which gives you big sugar cravings and just ends up for you wanting more. Stay clear of these over the next 7 days! Most Common Questions Answered... Do i have to exercise at home or the gym? You can do either. But you really don t need a gym for the workouts you will be doing with me. Just a little space and you don t need any equipment just your natural bodyweight for my fat burning exercises. How do i get best results in the 7 Days? First like i mentioned before get your nutrition foods sorted out. This means clear out all the bad foods in your kitchen and replace them with good clean foods as listed above. Eat your green vegetables each day. Broccoli, asparagus, spinach These are a few greens that i call super carbs. (Great for detoxing and sucking out fat) Do I have to work out/exercise every day? I have designed this challenge so that you will do some sort of exercise each day. For example 5 days you can do your 12 minute workouts which i have designed for you and then on your rest days you can go for a 20 minute walk. Big Tip For Success I was taught this by my father at a young age in my martial art career, and this was to MASTER EACH DAY one at a time. This means just focusing on what you help today on the specific day and nothing else. This is to complete and follow your exercise and nutrition plan each day. 7 Day Fat Loss Formula 2013 Page 4

5 Recap on your actions for the Next 7 Days Throw away all junk food Clean out my fridge and cupboards Shop for fresh ingredients Most importantly you need to set a date for when you want to achieve this by and most of all stick to it.
