(It does not have to be boring!) ~What foods to remove for the 28 days that may be causing negative reactions in your body. ~How to increase your nutrient intake. ~How to balance your blood sugar. ~How to support your eliminations organs and effectively 2 remove toxins from your body.

5 We ALL must detoxify. O A toxin is anything that can t be used as energy in our body. O The food we eat is either fuel or a poison. O How many of you have heard the term Fatty Liver? Our liver becomes fatty when it can t handle the influx of toxins and filter them properly. They are coming in faster than it can get them out. So, our body goes into protective mode and pulls the toxins away from the vital organs and stores them in fat cells. O We plateau during traditional weight loss programs and Yo-Yo Diet because we don t eliminate the toxins! 8 REMOVE FOODS THAT DON T SERVE YOU O Many of the common foods we eat have negative effects on our body and we chalk it up to normal. O Did you know that foods you eat can cause drainage, stuffy nose, allergies, bloating, gas? O For 28 days, you will eliminate refined sugar, diary, gluten, soy, coffee, alcohol, corn, vinegar, white foods sugar, flour, rice, potatoes & artificial sweeteners. O The foods you crave mostly likely are the ones that have the most negative effect on you. 8

9 So, what s wrong with O Refined Sugar Daily intake of sugar causes the body to be in a continual acidic state. It leaches the body of precious vitamins & minerals. O Dairy Causes bloating, gas, belly pain. Only 30% of calcium in milk is absorbed. You get twice as much from a cup of broccoli or other leafy greens. Whey protein is a derivative of dairy. It is the most popular and cheapest form of protein available. Thought to help build muscle, but very difficult to digest.
