1 The Master Cleanse Daily Routine Join my Cleanse Support Group on Facebook now! Ask questions & interact. Don t do it alone! Overview: 10 days of actual fasting (5 days for 1 st timers) +1 day to ease into the cleanse (optional) +2-3 days to ease out of the detox Total of days Try to find someone to do the detox with you. The support is AWESOME! You will have lots of energy You will temporarily lose weight. But this is NOT a weight loss diet! DRINK LOTS OF WATER Your Start Date Start Weight Your End Date End Weight IMPORTANT!! If you quit before the end DO NOT just start eating normally right away. You MUST ease out to normal eating or you WILL get sick. Your body needs 1-2 days to rebuild the enzymes lost from not eating before you eat a burger or junk food. See the Ease Out days (raw fruits and veggies and soups) 2 days before the Master Cleanse 1) Go shopping for your supplies I recommend going to Trader Joes 1 st for the lemons & larger maple syrup bottles etc. THEN go to Henry s to get whatever you couldn t find there. INGREDIENTS (If you have access to Organic YES it is far better to use it. But if you don t then just use what you have) 8 Gallons of pure distilled water 100 ozs GRADE B Organic Maple Syrup (GRADE B has to be on the label) 1 small container of Cayenne Pepper 18 Organic Lemons (this will last 3 days. Don t buy more yet or they rot) Sea Salt (FYI - pure sea salt is NOT WHITE. It s looks pinkish or brownish) Any brand of laxative tea Any brand of herbal tea Optional: Oxygen based intestinal cleanser pills (alternative to salt flush) Google Mag07 or OxyFlush
2 1 day before (Ease in day) 1) Eat only fruits and vegetables all day today 2) Drinks 10 glasses of water today (fill up a jug if that will help you track it) 3) Drink a serving of laxative tea before bed. (stock up on these. You will get tired of the taste of lemonade!) DAY 1 1) Salt Flush 1 st thing in the morning mix 2 teaspoons -1 tablespoon of sea salt with 1 quart of luke warm water Drink as quickly as possible. Don t leave home for an hour trust me ;-) 2) Mix a full day s supply of lemonade: (100 oz daily serving) 100 oz water 1 ¼ cup lemon juice 1 ¼ cup maple syrup (more or less to taste) 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less to taste) 3) Keep some with you at all times and leave some in the refrigerator for later. 4) DRINK LOTS OF WATER or HERBAL TEA THROUGHOUT THE DAY Wash out the toxins! 5) Alternate: Glass of lemonade then Glass of water 6) If you are light headed or hungry or anything drink more water. It will pass 7) Drink a serving of laxative tea before bed. DAY 2 DAY 10 (DAY 5 for 1 st timers) (you will notice that you end up drinking more water than lemonade each day) 1) Salt Flush 1 st thing in the morning 2) Mix a full day s supply of lemonade: 3) Keep some with you at all times and leave some in the refrigerator for later. 4) DRINK LOTS OF WATER or HERBAL TEA THROUGHOUT THE DAY 5) Drink a serving of laxative tea before bed.
3 DAY 11 (Ease out day 1) 1) Drink several glasses of orange juice 2) DRINK LOTS OF WATER or HERBAL TEA THROUGHOUT THE DAY DAY 12 (Ease out day 2) (Take more days if you have a weak stomach) 1) Drink several glasses of orange juice 2) DRINK LOTS OF WATER or HERBAL TEA THROUGHOUT THE DAY 3) Raw fruit for lunch 4) Fruit or vegetable salad for dinner DAY 13 Normal eating may be resumed! CONGRATULATIONS!! You are now Reset. AFTER IMPORTANT! You ll want to replace any good, beneficial bacteria lost as a side effect of the salt flushes. Keeps you from getting stomach aches and diarrhea, etc. Add one or any or all of these to your diet for the next week. Yogurt (with live cultures listed on the label) Kefir Sour cream Sauerkraut Pickles Probiotic supplements (any health store or online)
4 Don ts and Extras This is not required reading! If you are tired of reading and understanding this thing then STOP reading and get your butt busy BUT some of you want more details, information, tricks, and extras (like me) this is for you! Join my Cleanse Support Group on Facebook now! Ask questions & interact. Don t do it alone! Low Blood Sugar folks & Diabetics Two options 1) Substitute Black Strap Molasses for the Maple Syrup or 2) Stick to the Juice Cleanse for now. You need to keep you from passing the heck out! Working out - 1st off lots of people continue to work out while fasting. You will have enough energy to do some light exercise. With that said I choose to not exercise while fasting: 1) I don't want to make myself hungry 2) we have a finite amount of energy - why use it to build muscle for those 10 days when I could have that energy to go towards cleaning up instead? 3) If I'm going to take 10days off from eating I want the max benefits from it so I let the cleaning process take precedence. If the salt flush doesn t work (alternatives/adjustments) lemon in water makes it easier to swallow and improves taste. - Warm water is easier too. - Psyllium Husks is an expanding colon cleanser that basically bulks up and scours the inside or your colon. Only do this if you are NOT backed up. You need to have a flowing digestion already. You can alternate every other day Salt flush one day then Psyllium husks the next. (mornings) - If after 3 days the salt flush isn t working (that means you have a blockage somewhere) then stop the salt flush and take Oxygen Based Colon Cleanser pills for the rest of the detox (NOT herbal colon cleansers OXYGEN BASED colon cleansing pills (my favs Mag07 brand or OxyFlush brand) follow the instructions on the bottle Speeding up the process Speed up the body s attempts to flush out and remove toxins - Profuse sweating daily (hot yoga, yoga, hot hot bath for 20 minutes with Epsom/bath salts, minutes in hot sauna and or steam room (stay hydrated!) Using your mind to deepen the detox After day 3 your body goes into endogenous mode it scavenges itself for food! Beginning with trash (fat, toxins, crystals, cysts,etc..) - Envision those cells as tiny soldiers scouring the body dissolving all the old bad rubbish that has built up over the years! Headaches/pain/flu/fever If you experience these it most likely means you need to drink a lot more water. ladies ½ gallon of water a day at least. Guys 1 gallon of water a day at least. In addition to your lemonade. Your toxins are all stirred up but not getting out. - It s normal to feel these for a ½ day or so. It will pass. - If you have a lot of toxins to remove it might take a few days of this DON T GIVE UP. Your body isn t in pain because of lack of food. It s in pain because of released toxins. If you don t let them flush out they will just resettle back in and continue weakening your body! 1 day of lemonade only Don t make multiple days of lemonade. The enzymes in the lemons already start to die pretty quickly after juicing them. 1 day at a time is enough. Observe your body IMPORTANT: Take inventory of your body! This might not apply until after the detox is completed and you are eating normally again. - Skin, hair, nails, joints, breathe, eye sight, etc. These things are not random. Keep track of what you notice about everything about your body. That is a sign that something was effected!
5 Takes more than 10 days of detoxing to remove 20,30,40,50+ years of build up.- Every time you detox your body will target where it sees the most need. Let your body decide what to work on next. It might take 3, 4, 5,6+ detoxes for your body to get to the thing that you want Reset. (it took me 4) No TV. All the food commercials will kill you. Do yourself a favor get a book or just watch movies! Go back in time through the Cleanse Support Group on FB Hundreds and hundreds and pages and pages of comments and suggestions and stories and tips and issues and highlights and lowlights from past detoxes Effects come AFTER the detox While you are detoxing don t expect to see major positive changes in your body. It s like when you clean your house. Furniture is a mess, it smells like bleach. Dust is in the air, etc. But after you re done cleaning (start to eat normally again) all the cleaned up body systems process the nutrients better THEN you will notice the results beginning 1-2 weeks after the detox. Take note! Herbal tea It is approved during this detox. After 2-3 days your taste buds will be SUPER bored. Keep yourself strong! Have tasty herbal teas handy or grab one at a coffee shop. Flavor is your friend! Your taste buds will reset After a fast your taste buds will no longer need over stimulation (sugars, artificial flavorings, etc) You will have less cravings for bad processed foods! If you cheat don t quit! You WILL have a moment of weakness. Don t just stop the detox if you do. One snack does not derail the massive benefits of your full body detox. Wipe your mouth. Tell the support group. And get back to the plan. Your body is too damn strong to let a cheat stop you! If you can t control your stomach for 10 days then who is really in charge here??
