9 Action Guides After each lesson you will be able to download an interactive action guide. These guides give you a chance to interact and learn. The action guides are PACKED with tons of great information to help you get the best results. Some action guides are interactive and have various checklists and ways to keep you engaged as you track your progress. They are one of your greatest assets in your diet. Remember, be honest in your action guides Half way through each cycle there is an interactive workbook called the Checkpoint Check-in. This is a great place to track your progress. It is full of checklist, questions, and advice to keep you on track. Along the way, I ll be asking you questions. Don t worry; they re for your eyes only, and there will not be a test. Write down what s working and what s not working. What did you do well? Where do you need to improve? These sections will help you stay on track and change nonproductive habits. These action guides will allow you to customize your experience uniquely to your wants and needs. You can also go back and look at the answers you ve filled out on previous days to help you see how far you ve come. After your lesson, tap here to check out your action guide. 10 Meal Planners Your Body Breakthrough Meal Planner makes it easy for you to keep track of what to eat and when to eat it. Each cycle has a different meal plan that you ll use to stay on track. Use it to plan out all of your meals for the week and to shop for all of the ingredients that you might need. Inside of the Meal Planner you ll find all of your meals right there in the app For all 17 Days! If the meals are part of a recipe, they can be found in the recipes section of the app. You can use all of these meal plans as examples to create your own, or follow the plans in the Body Breakthrough App. You have the freedom to choose. This section also provides a shopping checklist of everything that you need to buy at the store during the week so you only need to make one trip to the store. Use it when you go to the store and check off everything you buy. You will know what to eat for your entire diet. Use it! It s your best friend! Use these sections to plan what you are going to eat for the day. Enter your whole days meals before you eat them. Each day during your 17 Day Diet is planned out for you, so you know exactly what to eat and when to eat it. The shopping list has everything that you need to buy for the next five days to prepare all of your meals. Use it to make fewer trips to the market.

11 Food Journal Journal down everything you eat every day right inside the app. You can always look to see how much and exactly what you ate. Keeping track of everything you eat daily will help you stick to your meal plan. By using the Food Journal, you will visualize your goals and you WILL see results. Journal each meal down and what you ate. There is also a convenient checklist for the glasses of water you drink everyday (eight 8-ounce glasses) and a food intake tracker that lets you check the number of servings of each type of food you ate. There is a daily journal section that lets you write down daily goals, challenges and how you are feeling. I want you to be brutally honest, and accountable to yourself. If you re going to fudge the truth about fudge, why even bother to keep a journal packed with fibs? The more you write and journal, the more you ll think twice about eating something bad if you have to write it into the app. Use the food journal to your advantage! You will have a much easier time checking up on yourself during the diet. Entering the food you eat everyday into the app practically guarantees weight-loss success. Inside the food journal, enter your response for what you actually ate. Below the food journal you can track your water intake for the day and your daily weight.

12 Fitness Journal Use this daily fitness journal to keep track of your daily fitness goals. Add as many activities as you want to this section in the app. While following the 17 Day Diet, plan on moving your body more. Record your strength training and cardio workouts. Please use this to: Plan your workouts (write out each workout a day in advance). Planning leads to personal accountability. Fill in spaces that ask you for progress benchmarks such as duration, calories burned, poundage lifted, and so forth. Analyze your workouts at least once a week. Note where you ve improved: you re lifting heavier weights, jogging farther, or pushing yourself to work out longer than 17 minutes. Seeing your progress is incredibly motivating. Enter your activities, cardio, or toning into the fitness journal to track your activity. Remember to try to get in at least 17 minutes a day.

13 Gear Throughout the 4 cycles, I ll be sharing some awesome workout tips that you can do from anywhere. I m also going to talk about some of my favorite supplements and other resources that I recommend to help you to expedite your weight loss and fitness goals. This section shows you some of the brands I like so you can pick some of them up of your own. Recipes You get 10 amazing and delicious recipes in each cycle that are quite nutritious and easy to make. These will spice up your diet and your life. They make it easy for you to get the most out of the 17 Day Diet. They never get boring because you can always eat something new and different.

14 Your Starting Point and Goals You can t get anywhere if you don t know where you re going. The key is to set a realistic and attainable weight for your frame. With an appropriate goal ahead of you, you re much more likely to continue and even look forward to your plan. Goal setting improves the possibility of success and boosts self-confidence and motivation. Take a picture of yourself before you start the 17 Day Diet Body Breakthrough. Follow up by taking pictures after every cycle in the same outfit, whether a bathing suit or workout clothing, and then compare. You may not realize the change your body is making on a daily basis, but the photographs can put things into perspective.
