2 What Is BMI? BMI stands for Body Mass Index Measurement for human body shape based on weight and height. BMI can help to classify your weight For adults 20 years and older: A BMI below 18.5 (pale yellow) is considered underweight. A BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 (green) is considered a normal weight. A BMI of 25 to 29.9 (yellow) is considered overweight. A BMI of 30 or higher (red) is considered obese.

10 My Customer Has A Health Condition If they have a health condition or on medications, recommend they speak to their doctor before starting a weight loss program. This is important as you are not trained to answer questions or to make dietary changes for someone who has health conditions. TF2+ is suitable for people with health conditions. But dietary changes or weight loss can impact certain conditions or medications adjustment may be required by the doctor. TF2+ are food products most people without allergies, intolerances and dietary restrictions can consume these.
11 Customers who have a lot of weight to lose? A customer with a lot of weight to lose needs to be on a weight loss program monitored by health professionals or trained weight loss consultants. TF2+ low kilojoule plan provides nutrients they need, but they require more protein and kilojoules initially and will lose weight for a longer period of time.
