1 Congratulations on purchasing the Deep Cleansing and Fat Burning System. The following pages will be your schedule to follow for the 30 days of deep cleansing. Each page will guide you through each day. WHAT YOU WILL NEED 1. Dry roasted unsalted or raw almonds, walnuts, pine nuts or Brazil nuts. (optional) 2. Purified drinking water. Proper hydration is essential for flushing out impurities and obtaining the maximum benefit of this cleansing program. The recommended daily water consumption is half of your body weight in ounces of water (200lb body weight = 100oz of water daily). used in making the shakes and cleanse drinks is not counted towards your total daily intake. 3. Begin to think about your calorie meals. o o Protein: You can eat 4-6oz of lean protein (chicken, turkey, pork, fish, seafood, a lean cut of beef, beans, eggs, tofu, etc.). Vegetables:: Incorporating vegetables into your calorie meal is a great way to increase your meal portion without going over your calories. Most vegetables are very low in calories. IMPORTANCE OF TIME The consistent timing of the nutrient intake with water is a powerful part of achieving your best results. Modify times to fit your schedule. Your first meal (the IsaLean Shake or Cleansing Drink) should be consumed within ½ hour of waking up. KEY POINTS TO REMEMBER ON SHAKE DAYS: o Your Isagenix Snacks will begin on 3. You will weigh in and take measurements 3 times during the 9 Deep Cleansing and Far Burning System (s 1, 5 and 12). When you begin the Race to Maintenance on 12, you will measure two more times (s 19 and 26). Your first weigh in and measurements will be on your start date. Future weigh ins and measurements will take place the morning after your 2 nd cleanse days. Plan each day in advance so you can be prepared when you wake in the morning. Planning is KEY. 3. Ask your friends and family to support you through this journey. They can offer you daily support, keep you focused and help you track your progress. Make it fun. Reward yourself each week with something other than food. Example:time to yourself to read a book, take a bubble bath, enjoy a walk, buy new clothes, etc. 4. Before you begin, purchase healthy foods and snacks for the week. 5.
