This is an online event for everyone to hear us share information about everyday healthy living. This is a subject that is receiving a great deal of attention across the country as the demand for wellness grows on a daily basis. We will share with you certain items to avoid or limit and add in your diet to make you feel better every day and give you more energy. We will also introduce to you exceptionally safe products that will aid in this lifestyle! So many of us want more energy and to feel good every day. You don t want to miss this. Diets do not work. This is about lifestyle, education and awareness. This is not about weightloss, it is about removing bad choices from your everyday diet. By stripping toxins from your body, you will lose weight and see results as well as feel amazing! This really is about education, awareness, understanding but made simple there is so much information out there, that sometimes its all too overwhelming or too much work and we give up. When we hear the cleansing concept, what comes to mind? We think of starving ourselves, lemon and ceyanne pepper, juice for a week Share you experiences and why this was a longer lasting change with education etc.. Arbonne has taught us to focus on the following 5 things : 1. Wholefood eating- a return to wholefoods. 2. To Avoid Inflammatory and acidic foods. The concept of acid alkaline imbalance as the cause of disease is well established. Certain foods and beverages can be acidic such as (Gluten, soy, diary, sugar, alcohol and coffee)/ While the body has a system in place to help support a balanced ph, foods like fruits and vegetables have an alkaline ph. Arbonne s nutrtion range provide products that are alkaline assisting. The concept of acid alkaline imbalance as the cause of disease is not new. 3. What we are is what we absorb, not what we eat. ABSORPTION/Bioavailability is the extent to which an ingested substance becomes available to the desired tissue. The bioavailability of a nutrient is critical because if a nutrient is not bioavailable, it can pass through the body without contributing any positive benefit to the individual. When a nutrient is highly bioavailable, the body can then utilise much more of it, which is crucial to support health and wellness. 4. Digestibility of products consumed can be important, as the ability to easily breakdown foods can result in the body using the nutrients more efficiently and potentially even more of the beneficial nutrients being used. Good digestibility can also help ensure that there are no side effects of poor digestion such as gas, bloating or constipation. 5. Providing products to aid our organs in letting go of toxicity Bathtub Analogy Imagine body is a bathtub and drains are your eliminating organs (liver, kidneys, Intestine, breath and skin). Turn tap on.. adding things, food, water stuff on skin. Body has to hold on to what it needs and get rid of the stuff that doesn t serve it. But if there is too much going in that doesn t serve it, what happens to the drain? It blocks.

4 I think its fair to say in Western Society, most of our drains are not functioning optimally, they are blocked up as a result of the high consumption of the inflammatory and acidic foods. If we keep doing what we are doing keep getting what we are getting. What we SHOULD do is unclog the bathtub, but what most people do is grab a mop and clean up the mess (they use prescriptions to take care of the symptoms, and the underlying problem will never go away). Our program teaches us to turn down the tap by reducing our toxins and we unclog the drain so everything is flowing smoothly. As I said, if you keep doing what we are doing, we keep getting what we are getting and the toxins keep building. This is a simple plan to allow you to put the pizza down for 30 days. Clear the smoke out of the room. Its not forever. Its about pressing pause. Eating and living consciously. Its about unblocking those drains, clearing out toxins and slowly re introduce those eliminated foods and you will be able to assess for yourself what works for you and what doesn t. It will reveal foods that are sabotaging your health. The 30 Day Plan So the idea of cutting out gluten, soy, diary, sugar, alcohol and coffee can seem impossible. What we know is that they are inflammatory on our eliminating organs and mostly acidic. Acidic foods are inflammatory and inflammation creates diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer s, illness, infection and so on.
