17 High Level Policymakers Meeting On November 12, 2013, ministers, high-level policymakers and donors will meet to discuss policy and financing issues. The one-day, high-level meeting will be held in conjunction with the third International Conference on Family Planning in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It will be a closed session, by invitation only, to high-level policymakers including ministers of health and finance, members of parliament, experts from within Sub-Saharan Africa, and representatives from the donor community.
