What Happens to your Prostate As You Age? As you get older, your prostate has the potential to grow. As a young man, your prostate is only the size of a walnut. However, by the age of 40, it can reach the size of an apricot and by 60, things can get even worse. No matter how early your prostate issues start, one thing is for certain almost all men have an enlarged prostate by the age of 80. When a man urinates, the urine flows through the urethra from the bladder. If the prostate is enlarged, it makes it more difficult for urine to flow through the urethra. The contractions of the bladder become stronger, causing the bladder to become more sensitive as it grows thicker and stronger from constant forceful contractions.
Signs & Symptoms of Prostate Issues Most men don t start paying attention to their prostate health until their symptoms become unbearable. Some common symptoms of prostate issues include: Frequent trips to the bathroom Difficulty fully emptying your bladder Dribbling & leaking Feelings of uneasiness & anxiety Weak urine flow These issues are unpleasant and they can cause other problems as well. For instance, waking up several times a night to use the bathroom can keep you from getting the sleep you need to feel awake and healthy. You might also experience feelings of anxiety and restlessness, as you are always wondering where the closest bathroom is. The good news is that many of these prostate issues can be addressed with natural ingredients that are proven to improve your prostate health.
Natural Ingredients for Prostate Health While there are a number of different prostate health supplements on the market, many of them just contain one or two ingredients. However, if you really want to see an improvement in your prostate health, you should make sure you are taking the five ingredients listed below. Taken together, these ingredients can dramatically improve your prostate health. African Plum Tree Extract Pygeum africanum, or the bark of the African Plum Tree, is often consumed for urinary tract and bladder issues. It is a traditional supplement that has been widely utilized across the globe and for good reason. It is most successful at helping to reduce the number of nightly trips to the bathroom. Beta-Sitosterol It is believed that beta sitosterol is extremely beneficial to urinary tract health. It has been reported that it not only promotes urinary flow, but assist in overall urinary function as well. Beta-Sitosterol is effective by itself, but it is even more powerful when combined with Saw Palmetto.
Natural Ingredients for Prostate Health Continued... Stinging Nettle The root, as well as the parts of the plant that grow above ground, are harvested from Stinging Nettle to use for prostate health. This plant is effective at alleviating issues relating to the urinary tract. Pumpkin Seed Pumpkin Seed has been successfully used to reduce frequent trips to the bathroom. Many individuals say they find it most successful when used in conjunction with Saw Palmetto. Saw Palmetto The ripened fruit of Saw Palmetto is dried up and then ground for use. It has historically been used to alleviate urinary issues relating to the prostate. Saw Palmetto is not only an important ingredient by itself, but it helps to improve the effectiveness of Pumpkin Seed and Beta-Sitosterol.
It is extremely important that all men understand that prostate issues can be overcome with the right natural ingredients. You don t need to suffer through these debilitating and embarrassing issues. Using a product with all of these ingredients, such as Peak Life Prostate, will help get you back to living the normal, relaxed life you deserve.
