Rgulations for th ovrall concpt of EAH ction 1 Gnral Provisions (1) Th xamination and study program contains gnral provisions for th ovrall concpt of th conscutiv astr's dgr cours "dical Tchnology and Halthcar Businss (EAH)" and spcial rgulations for th contnt and structur of th cours at th HA Hamburg. Th gnral xamination and study rgulations for Bachlor's and astr's dgr courss in nginring, natural scincs and halth scincs as wll as in computr scinc at th Hamburg nivrsity of Applid Scincs ar valid for th xamination and study srvics to b providd at HA Hamburg, as amndd. () Th cours of study is undrtakn in coopration with two Europan univrsitis: a) Escola Suprior d Tcnologia da Saúd do Porto short IPP b) nivrsité d Lill II - Faculté Ingéniri t anagmnt d la Santé short ILIS. ction Acadmic dgr and valu of th study programm (ction 3 GESR-ESLC-B) (1) Th joint acadmic dgr astr of Scinc (.Sc.) is awardd in coopration with th partnr univrsitis. () Th acadmic dgr is awardd if a total of 300 ECTS crdit points (CP) is acquird. ction 3 Cours duration and structur of th programm (ction 9 GESR-ESLC-B) (1) Th cours for th dgr of astr of Scinc amounts to 1 CPs; th standard cours duration is two yars (4 smstrs). () Th astr thsis (30 CP) is undrtakn in th fourth smstr of th programm. (3) Th study programm is offrd by th nivrsity of Applid Scincs in Hamburg, Grmany, th Escola Suprior d Tcnologia da Saúd do Porto in Porto, Portugal and th nivrsité d Lill II, Faculté Ingéniri and anagmnt d la Santé, Lill, Franc. Excptions can only b approvd by th xamination committ. ction 7 Scop and assssmnt of th astr xamination (ction 1 GESR-ESLC-B) Th astrs dgr is gradd basd on th xamination and study crdits of th first thr smstrs and th astr thsis. Th ovrall grad is calculatd with % of th astr thsis grad and 7% of th rmaining modul grads wightd with th rspctiv CPs. ction 8 Rcognition of Examinations As a drogation of sction 4 paragraph 1 sntnc 1 and paragraph of th GESR-ESLC-B documnt in th vrsion datd Jun 1st, 1, xaminations as wll as priods of study at partnr institutions ar rcognisd unlss thr ar significant diffrncs btwn th acquird knowldg and skills and thos to b acquird at th accpting univrsity (ction 40 paragraph 1 HmbHG). () An unfavourabl dcision shall b justifid in writing and accompanid by lgal xplanation. It is signd by th Chairman of th Examination Committ. ction 9 Entry into forc (1) Ths Examination and Study Rgulations shall bcom ffctiv on th day of thir publication in th Hamburg nivrsity of Applid Scincs Gaztt (Hochschulanzigr).
