Collaborative membership comprised of professionals with expertise in: Public Health Community Health Prevention Data Analysis Health Disparities Strategic Planning Advocacy To provide the citizens of North Texas with a sustainable mechanism for: Assessing the health of their communities Identifying areas of need Collaborating on initiatives to address areas of unmet need Measuring outcomes Identifying community resources Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success!
