Met with various juvenile justice actors to discuss how decisionmaking affects youth in the system. Maintained a comprehensive database of all parolees in both SPSS and Excel, which consisted of approximately 6,000 parolees. Conducted ethnographic research at parole hearings, and kept all IRB applications up-to-date. General Responsibilities as Instructor for CRJ 100, 201 & 302, 308: Developed a syllabus, coursework, and appropriate assessment instruments. Engineered an online environment that encouraged students to learn in a rich context of problems, issues, and questions; the most effective tool being discussion board activities.
