7 BAT-L Assessment TBI is assessed during three time epochs: Pre-military Military Post-military Evaluate three most severe injuries in each epoch Open-ended interview-style questioning; Forensic Approach Document the occurrence and duration of neurobehavioral symptoms (LOC, PTA, AMS) following each injury recorded.
