For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS (1)(e), the following fees, adopted by the Construction Contractors Board and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved: (1) Fees for agency courses - per course hour... $ 15 (2) Fees for agency courses - per student per course hour... $ 4 (3) Fees for provider approval - per provider... $ 2,000 (4) Fees for provider approval - per student per course hour... $ 4 (5) Fees for course approval - per provider course... $ 100 SECTION 2. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS (1)(e), the following new fees, adopted by the Department of Consumer and Business Services and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved: (1) Limited license - self service storage facility... $ 200 (2) Limited license renewal - self service storage facility... $ 200 (3) Expired limited license renewal - self service storage facility... $ 250 SECTION 3.
