2 The HIV Asset & Gap Analysis (AGA) will form a key input into the FTCi strategic plan for London HIV The purpose of the Asset & Gap Analysis is to work with all key stakeholders across London to better understand the following: 1. Existing HIV services and activities (assets) already in place across London in Highlight failures and weak points (gaps) in the current HIV London ecosystem 3. Identify lost communities who are falling through these gaps An essential part of this work is capturing feedback from a wide range of stakeholders on what they think is & isn t working in London HIV In this next AGA session today, we would like to invite you to help us to think about all our HIV-related assets as well as potential gaps in the London HIV ecosystem è to help us peel back the lid and surface the amazing support activities that are being delivered on the ground by front-line staff, volunteers and PLHIV, as well as think about some of the failings in the system that may be partially - or totally - hidden from view 2

3 A brief introduction to the Pathway Analytics team As a team, we are passionate about the field of Sexual Health and HIV having worked in this area both individually and together - for many years. We bring together complementary skillsets: Bella Grant: health strategist & economist with extensive experience in funding, pathway redesign and health economics projects across all fields of SH & HIV. Vikki Pearce: experienced NHS manager with a background in service development & commissioning, 20+ years in SH and expertise in service redesign and stakeholder mgt. Charles Hewitt: specialist in data analytics, complex modelling & design of webbased tools We are excited about the prospect of helping the London Fast Track City initiative develop a Towards Zero HIV strategy for London and view the AGA work as a key input: knowing what is in place, what is working and what is not working is a critical basis for the formulation of this HIV strategy. 3

Are my basic needs being met to enable me to live well with HIV? As a PLHIV over 60, am I able to access broader services without experiencing stigma/ lack of joined-up support? Are there Mental Health services that I can access? Am I being listened to, is my voice being heard? Do I have a voice? As a Londoner living without HIV, do I have access to information, condoms, PrEP, PEP to support me? What untapped strengths could I use to give back to support others? Is it easy to self-test for HIV are services and support in place? As an YP, are there services in place to support my transition into adult HIV services? Are my HIV-related clinical AND non-clinical needs being met? Are my basic needs being met to enable me to live well with HIV? As a PLHIV over 60, am I able to access broader services without experiencing stigma/ lack of joined-up support? Are there Mental Health services that I can access? As an YP, are there services in place to support my transition into adult HIV services? The challenge in London will be to look beneath these figures and ensure that there are no excluded communities which are not benefiting from this progress. We will be unable to make real progress without also eliminating HIV stigma and discrimination, which permeates all areas of life for those at risk of and living with HIV. 6 As a Londoner living without HIV, do I have access to information, condoms, PrEP, PEP to support me? Thinking about gaps as unmet needs Different needs for different cohorts, not straight-forward: Needs fully met Needs partially met Needs not met Assets may be targeted in specific geographical areas and need to be spread more widely Assets may be targeted at specific groups of people and need to have a wider reach Red flags: what is not working?
