3 Bupa Advanced Health Combining an in-depth profile of your overall health with a fitness evaluation, this high-tech health assessment provides you with a comprehensive overview of the exact shape you re in. What s included? It involves a 60 minute consultation with a doctor and up to 43 tests, based on your age, lifestyle and gender. There s also a fitness evaluation, which shows you how well your heart, lungs, metabolism, circulation and muscles perform during exercise using equipment used by NASA for astronauts. When do I get my results? Many of the results will be available on the day, followed by a full report. You ll have plenty of time to talk through any concerns with one of our doctors. The fitness test gives valuable additional information as higher scores mean a lower risk of many diseases including diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Why do I need these tests?
