1 Legal Supplement Part B Vol. 57, No st December, LEGAL NOTICE NO. 206 REPUBLIC OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO THE CUSTOMS ACT, CHAP. 78:01 ORDER MADE BY THE PRESIDENT UNDER SECTION 8A(2) OF THE CUSTOMS ACT THE COMMON EXTERNAL TARIFF (VARIATION OF DUTY) (NO. 6) ORDER, This Order may be cited as the Common External Tariff (Variation of Duty) (No. 6) Order, In this Order, where Ex is used in relation to an item number under a heading listed in the First Column of the First Schedule to the Customs Act, that item number shall refer only to the corresponding goods described in the Second Column. 3.
