2 Sultanova R.X. STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE ON BLOOD PRESSURE VIGITRIL Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan The discovery of Helicobacter pylori has revolutionized the treatment of peptic ulcer. Thus, the number of operations with uncomplicated ulcer was reduced more than 100 times and currently operated by no more than 0.2% of patients. Therapeutic modern methods provide a complete cure in 35-40% of cases. Number of recurrence of gastric ulcer was reduced from 67% to 6%, and duodenal ulcers - from 59% to 4%. The primary goal of treatment of peptic ulcer disease is the destruction of the bacteria Helicobacter pylori with maximum probability. For this purpose complex scheme of therapeutic treatment of optimally selected combination of drugs. For example, a combination of bismuth, tetracycline and metronidazole in combination with a proton pump inhibitor giving 98% probability of destroying bacteria tion. However, the use of a large number of drugs can lead to an increase in the number of complications and side effects. Therefore, treatment regimens are developed based on the optimal ratio of efficacy, its safety, and availability for a specific patient [3,4,5]. Objective: vigitrila impact on blood pressure, respiration, and on some parts of the vegetative part of the nervous system was studied in acute experience. Materials and Methods: The experiments were performed 4 rabbits weighing 2,5-3,2 kg, 8 cats weighing 3,4-3,7 kg, 6 dogs weighing 4,6-6,8 kg of both sexes and rats, grams of both sexes and ECG performed for 45 minutes to an hour under etaminal-sodium anesthesia. etaminal sodium was intraperitoneally administered at a dose of mg/kg. Blood pressure was recorded on a tape kimograph of the common carotid artery through a system of polyethylene tubes mercury manometer Ludwig. The system was filled with a 5% solution of sodium citrate, and in the arterial cannula was added to a solution of ml heparin. In parallel with the registration of blood pressure with recorded respiratory movements Marey capsule connected with the trachea of the animal. The drug in
3 aqueous solution was orally administered in a dose of 5-10 and mg / kg of [1,2]. Results: The results of acute experiments showed that vigitril by oral administration in the studied doses, blood pressure and breathing does not have a significant impact. Only in a separate series of experiments minutes after drug administration vigitril mentioned short (10-15 min) and a slight decrease in blood pressure (10-20 mm Hg). ECG analysis showed that the drug at a dose of 5-10 and mg/kg significantly increases the heart rate. In rabbits, at the peak of the drug quickens the heart rate by 18%. Similar experiments revealed that rats (under anesthesia etaminal-sodium) heart rate before administration was beats per minute, and at the peak of the drug it became beats per minute, that is, the heart rate increased to 10.8 %. Simultaneously, R-shortened the R interval by 7-11%, increased the voltage wave R-10-13%, and the T - 5-7%. These changes within min. returned to baseline. Conclusion: Thus, the study drug vigitril not significantly affect the function of the cardiovascular system. Literature: 1.
