14 In future MES will provide residents linked to Twitter with the latest electricity-related news A step by step guide on how to set up your phone to read MES Tweets

15 Step 1 Set up your account. Go to Twitter [ on your PC to get started. Enter your name, address and a password. Click sign up. You will now be taken to a second screen where you can select a username. This is the name which you will be known by on Twitter. Now click the create my account button. Step 2 Step 3 Tweak your settings. Click on the Settings link. Set your phone. Twitter is much more fun if you connect it to your cell phone. Again, under the Settings link, click on the Mobile tab. Enter your mobile phone number and click the Start button. Now take your cell phone and text message the code Twitter gives you.

16 Step 4 Follow MES, Family and Friends. If you haven t done so already, add Midstream_MES by clicking in the Search field at the top of your homepage and entering MES username. Click on the Follow button. If you want to also follow us on your cell phone, turn the device updates to on. Step 5 Start Twittering. So now you are all setup. It s time to start Twittering. You can do this from your Twitter homepage or from your cell phone. A message cannot exceed 140 characters.
