1 BSE ( Breast Self Exam) Technique Utilization As The Early Detection Of Preventing Ca-Mammae For Productive-Age Mothers In Labansari Supatmi Faculty of Health Science, University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya fiksekretariat@gmail.com ABSTRACT Introduction: BSE is self breast examination to find out the possibility of breast cancer/lump that enables breast cancer. High number of breast cancer deaths due to breast cancer sufferers often come to the Ministry of health in advanced stages and difficult to cure. BSE (Breast Self Exam) is the act of early detection against the presence of the symptoms of breast cancer. This technique was very simple, however it is hoped can hit the high numbers of breast cancer sufferers, because the earlier breast cancer is found then the faster the treatment process is done. The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of the utilization of the technique of BSE (Breast Self Exam) on mother's age are productive in the area of Labansari. Method: The design of this research was descriptive research method. The population of this research was a prolific age of all mothers in the area of Labansari, a sample taken with random sampling techniques in reproductive age of mothers who make a visit at the posyandu. Result: The research conducted over the past six months in all areas Labansari posyandu data retrieval by using questionnaires, collected and analysis by means of the descriptive analysis. Keywords: Breast Self Exam, Ca mammae, Reproductive age INTRODUCTION CA. Mamae (breast cancer) is the main problem in the world. Breast cancer occupy second position as causes of cancer in Indonesia after cervical cancer. High number of breast cancer deaths due to breast cancer sufferers often come to the Ministry of health in advanced stages and difficult to cure. The examination of the possibility of early cancer symptoms can be done by yourself, so that it can be done at any time and without charge. BSE (Breast Self Examination) is the Act of early detection against the presence of the symptoms of breast cancer. This technique is very simple, however it is hoped can hit the high numbers of breast cancer sufferers, because the earlier breast cancer is found then the faster the treatment process done (Erlyn,2009). Based on data from the Health Department in East Java, in 2004 recorded 84 case breast cancer disease, where one of them died. In January to June 2005 was

2 recorded 76 patients allegedly suspect suffering from breast cancer. From these data we can conclude that sufferers of breast disease will continue to increase. In the International Journal of research results mentioned, one hundred sixty-one (84%) of the patients had heard about breast cancer, 35% were aware of the risk factors of breast cancer, while 65% of knowing at least the primary sign or symptom of breast cancer. Eighty-five percent of respondents believe that early detection of cancer to improve the sustaining life. Of 101 participants > 40 years, 36.9% practice breast self examination, 6.9% clinically checks on the breast and only 4.9% ever do a mammogram at some time. Only 85% of the respondents believe that early detection of cancer to improve the quality of participants with the Division, namely do not know methods (10.8%) or simply forget to do it (3.1%). Most patients do not practice breast cancer screening because they have heard good results from screening is done, or don't feel the need to do that (Health Science Community, FMH, medicine and dentistry, Lahore. 2009). The role of community and health workers is indispensable in addressing such early detection of breast cancer, for example, by way of education and training on the techniques of BSE METHODS Method used in this research was descriptive with cross design secsional. The population examined was the reproductive age of all mothers make a visit to Labansari in the region of posyandu. The sample a portion of the mother's reproductive age who make a visit to Labansari in the region of posyandu. RESULTS and DISCUSSION Survey site has done the past two times by researchers along with his great teams and extended denhgan survey early to get a variety of information regarding the location and subject of research (delivering the goals and purpose of the research to the Clinic and midwife Kalijudan region Labansari. Further coordination with the Midwife Clinic aides in the Labansari to get an overview and Posyandu activities schedule. Of the Activities in the get preview of behavior realize productive age in the mother. From the initial picture researchers get consulted with the team's learning of reproductive health to obtain input in the manufacture of an instrument of research. Manufacture of instrument research conducted with reference to the results of the initial survey, the results of a consultation with a team of reproductive health o and studies reference support from problems that occur. Instrument in the form of kuasioner which consists of 15 questions about knowledge, attitude and psychomotor about BSE (breast examinations). The giving of kuasioner done at the posyandu were two relic in Labansari i.e. posyandu Jasmine on July 14, 2014 with a total sample of 32 respondents who qualify under criterion of productive age, whereas in the Srikandi posyandu is a Swipe on July 15, 2014 with a total sample of respondents 45. From the questionnaire has been filled out by the respondents tabulated do next. Public of (breast self examination) performed after filled the questionnaire performed by the respondents with the method of lecture and demonstration and q & a is done as the feedback from the public has been done. 5 DISCUSSION Of the 78 respondents who do productive age mother visits at the posyandu (Posyandu jasmine and Posyandu Shikhandi with age range of most years old (26.9%), most respondents are education HIGH SCHOOL (37.2%), whereas for exploiting realize 42 respondents (53,9%) in the category of less, 22 respondents are (28.2%) and 14 respondents (17.9%) categories either. The lack of utilization of breast self examination (realize) as one of the actions of the early detection of the onset of Ca mamae on mother's age are productive can be caused by several factors including the level of education is still low, the knowledge of the reproductive health of women was lacking, and the lack of information regarding aware on society especially productive age mothers group who are at risk of breast cancer occurred. In addition to the above, it can be caused due to a healthy perception of pain in the community that some are still lacking. Most of the people will do the precautions against a disease if it has ever happened or feel the symptoms of the disease. Breast self examination (BSE) is the easiest way to detect early to know the lump is most likely and developed into ssesuatu which are malignant. By doing breast self examination regularly by way of fingering is an important step for the detection of breast cancer didi (CA mamae) this action should become a habit because it is easy, cheap, fast and effective way of getting to know and be aware if there is a thing that is not normal in the breast. CONCLUSION BSE (breast self-examination) is an action to detect the early onset of CA mamae, but still a lot of women who are not yet utilizing actions realized due to several obstacles such as the lack of information about BSE, knowledge of reproductive health in women age earning is still low, as well as the role of the community in an attempt to promotif the effort hasn't been fullest REFERENCES Aziz A.
