4 ANIONIC SURFACTANTS ALKOPON Product Line Fatty alcohol sulfates / Fatty alcohol ether sulfates ALKOPON products are readily biodegradable surfactants made with natural lauryl alcohol produced from palm kernel oil (PKO), a renewable resource. They offer excellent water solubility, high foaming and detergency as well as emulsifying and thickening characteristics in the presence of electrolytes. These outstanding properties make ALKOPON products the primary surfactants in shampoos, liquid soaps, bubble baths, body washes, toothpastes, among other Personal Care products. ALKOPON NS ECO 92 INCI Name: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate ALKOPON NS ECO 92 is an excellent anionic surfactant, extensively used in cosmetic formulations. It is a high foaming ingredient suitable for soap and toothpaste formulations. It is a surfactant that is biodegradable and safe for contact with skin.
