3 Aeris Greater Method Flexibility with Specialty Surface Chemistries Aeris WIDEPORE columns are available in three surface chemistries (XB-C18, XB-C8, C4) to satisfy applications of all types, ranging from sticky, intact proteins to complex protein digests. Aeris PEPTIDE columns utilize the XB-C18 chemistry, as it is excellent for peptides and peptide mapping applications. The unique, sterically protected XB surface ligands are designed by bonding bulky isobutyl chains aside the alkyl chains, and then fully endcapping the surface to cover any remaining exposed silanols. 4 Clarity Core-Shell Columns for Synthetic DNA/RNA Clarity Oligo-MS UHPLC Columns Rapid and Efficient LC/MS Separation for QC and Characterization Core-shell particle technology provides improved speed, resolution, and sensitivity Clarity Oligo-MS, C18 columns have been engineered for the MS characterization of synthetic DNA and RNA samples. This media is based on core-shell technology which generates extremely high efficiencies due to the innovative particle design. This increase in efficiency improves the resolution between critical oligo sequences, gives higher sensitivity for easer MS quantitation, and allows for a decrease in column length for higher throughput.
