1 1 last year my client Helen D came to see the Health Point seminar and straight away she became an IBO to start the program. She was amazed after just 4 weeks of the program as she started to lose weight and her health was improving tremendously. At that time, she invited one of her colleagues, Genoveva, to see the Health Point program. Genoveva is a very sick person and she knew she needed to do the program but unfortunately she couldn t do it because of her financial problems. I commented yesterday to Helen about the Scholarship that you are offering and she was trilled to call Genoveva to let her know about your fabulous offer and she immediately wrote her whole story, as she really want to do the Health Point. I had attached her story to this for you to read about her. She will come to the Health Point seminar on Sunday, she will provide me some photos and her blood analysis. Health Conditions: I was diagnosed with high blood cholesterol level and high blood pressure when I was 53 years old and with pre diabetes when I turned 60. I also have high uric acid which affects my joints and my walking once in a while. I had a key hole operation on my right knee because of a torn ligament. I take regular medications for these conditions to keep them under control. I also suffer from chronic hay fever with watery, red, itchy, and heavy eyes and stuffy nose are an everyday occurrence. I use eye drop, an antihistamine tablet and a nasal spray every day to help me with this. Effects on me: Life becomes a little less enjoyable. I used to love walking and doing cycling, treadmill and aquarobics at my local gym but I cannot do so now because within 3-5 minutes I get short of breath, my joints and muscles begin to ache and I develop chest pains. When I did the stress test at the hospital it was stopped at 2.5 minutes because I felt really terrible. I am also irritable. Most of the time I have no energy and just feel like sleeping all the time. But at night I have broken sleep, waking up 2-4 times and it would be lucky if I get a total of 5 hours of sleep each night as I have difficulty getting back to sleep again. I also cannot control my weight as I have difficulty dieting. I also find it hard to cook a proper meal after work as I am always tired at the end of the day. My job as a teacher is also very stressful and this aggravates my
2 health. Reason why I want to do the Health Point I am the sole breadwinner at home. My husband is retired and relies only on his pension. He is completely dependent on me for many years now. My son who is on benefit and my grandson live with us. I pay for everything at home, although my son shares with some expenses. I also send some financial support regularly to my siblings in the Philippines. So I need really to improve my health situation for me to be able to continue doing this. I love my grandson dearly and I would like to see him grow up and continue to support him as he goes on with his life. I will provide my photos and blood test to Adriana on Sunday as I will go to see the Health Point seminar, my friend Helen Drennan had invited me before but I couldn t start the program because I couldn t afford to buy the products, I am very interested in starting the program as soon as I can.

5 Start date: 22 February 2016 Day 1. On day 1 Gen walked 9000 steps. She did protein only day. She s doing the program with a colleague at work Helen Drennan. This is the second cycle for Helen. Day 2. Tuesday 23 rd. Gen walked 9000 steps, 5000 at lunch time at school where she works. The remaining 4000 steps, she did at night with her grandson. She said she is enjoying the program and not feeling hungry. She said she is on track and she feels that the program is not hard for her. She said she has lost 800 gr at the end of her second protein only day. At the end of first week Gen said she has lost 2.5 kilos, loved the protein only days. Salad and proteins are enough for her and she doesn t feel hungry at all. ************************************************************************************
