Corporate Governance (a) State Executive to ensure the ongoing implementation of the following objectives (i) to (vi) of the Corporate Plan: (i) Delivering Core Activities to Members (ii) Membership and Recruitment (iii) Communication (iv) Commemoration and Remembrance (v) Welfare (vi) Maintaining Sound Finances and Management to Meet the Corporate Plan. That State Executive is in compliance with the Corporate Plan. (b) Project Status report as at 3 rd September, That the report is noted. 2. That Mr Henderson will present a report to November State Council on item 2. Defaulting sub-branches of the Project Status Report.

City of Newcastle RSL sub-branch Seeking approval for the City of Newcastle RSL sub-branch to donate $10, to the Newcastle RSL Pipe Band for new band equipment and uniforms. That approval is given. 3.00PM MR HAINES VACATES THE CHAIR MR CROSTHWAITE CHAIRS THE MEETING 3. City of Newcastle RSL sub-branch Seeking approval for the City of Newcastle RSL sub-branch to expend $22, to fund a trip to Canberra in October 2010 conducted by The Kings of Newcastle Coach Service. 1. That Approval is given on the understanding that this is to be a once only expenditure. 2. That all donations should be made on the understanding that sub-branch trustees are satisfied that the donations are made in the knowledge that the recipient(s) / organisation carry on work in support of those who have served and their dependants and should not exceed the Constitutional limitations as specified in sub-clause and 50.22a. 3. That the City of Newcastle RSL sub-branch submit to State Branch an annual Budget and Donation Plan for consideration at the February State Council.
