A pure opioid agonist can be administered before the effects of buprenorphine have ended without compromising analgesia. can precipitate withdrawal symptoms in opioiddependent patients. - laxative - laxative Diamorphine + cyclizine for subcutaneous infusion. Use water rather than 0.9% sodium chloride as diluent. Cyclizine may precipitate at concentrations > 10mg/ml or as the concentration of diamorphine relative to cyclizine increases. Mixtures are liable to precipitate after 24h.
