Asymptmatic returning travelers shuld cntinue t avid msquit bites especially during the three weeks after their return. Returning travelers and their partners shuld use precautins t prevent sexual transmissin and adverse utcmes related t pregnancy.
12 Factrs that impact ptential fr lcal transmissin Msquit activity in Philadelphia is seasnal A. aegypti has nt been fund in Philadelphia Are A. albpictus an imprtant and efficient vectr f Zika in the real wrld? Recent lcal transmissin f dengue and chikungunya nly seen in areas f the cntinental US with A. aegypti A. albpictus feed n a variety f hst species ther than humans (e.g., dgs, cats, squirrels, livestck, etc.) unlike A. aegypti Use f screens/air cnditining 12
